Patient Advocates have a shared login to our e-scribe system, called PagrRx. This login will allow Advocates to see prescription history for a patient but not prescribe. Occasionally, a patient calls back in regarding a prescription before the information is updated in the chart. In this scenario, it is helpful to have a login to see exactly what prescription was sent in, and to what pharmacy.
