Finally, you should receive an email to set up your Ulta Labs account. As a reminder, Ulta Labs is a good cash-pay option. Patients can actually order labs on their own (without a provider) through their website, but we encourage them to allow us to order them for two reasons:
1. We get an additional company discount, which saves them more money.
2. We are able to better discern what the patient needs and can review them prior to releasing the labs to the patient if we order them.
Please note, you will need to notify me after you set up your Ulta Lab account so I can go into the admin portal and update your provider permissions. I do not receive any notifications from Ulta Lab, so please just shoot me a quick message letting me know, thanks!
