We switched to Monday.com from MS Teams for patient task management on 8/31/22.
Here is the link to the Daily Operations workspace, which houses all of the task boards we use for patient care, and here is the link to the main boards you will be using:
– Choose Health Labs (don’t worry too much about this for now; you will be trained later on this if/when necessary)
Our Daily Operations Workspace contains several boards that pertain to patient care. The two most important boards in this workspace are our Daily Management and Task Management Boards. The Daily Management Board contains all of our incoming patient communication and our minute-to-minute tasks that are being worked on in that moment. This board is cleared out every evening. Our Task Management Board contains our longer-term tasks (anything that carries over after the close of shift or day).
