Lesson 10 of 12
In Progress

Owner vs. Other

You’ll notice that the Monday Daily Management and Task Management boards only allow for one owner. This is intentional in order to allow for one staff member to “own” the task. We’ve found that allowing for more than one owner creates confusion and sometimes lack of progress on the task. Whoever is assigned as the owner of the task is ultimately responsible for moving the task forward to completion.

That said, we do allow for as many “others” as needed on a given task. Occasionally, staff members from two different teams will be involved on the same task. In this situation, as MH or Ortho member might follow along as an “other,” while the primary provider ultimately owns the task.
