3. Investigate insurance coverage for referral (ie MRI). Compare insurance vs. cash price
4. Research facilities/specialists and gather approx appointment times
5. Communicate findings with patient and proceed after patient weighs in
6. Fax referral, confirm receipt
7. Confirm appointment time
8. Add the faxed referral to patient documents
9. Communicate with ordering provider
10. Set follow-up task to check in on results after appointment date
